The marketing plan included the executive summary(mission statement, vision statement, scope, goals, strategies, and budget), situation analysis(market analysis, competitor analysis, and personas), strategy(segmentation, targeting, and positioning), tactics(product and services features and performances, design, customer experience, pricing, promotions, and distribution channel), implementation(objectives, brand awareness timelines, and performance indicators), financials(budget and revenue forecast).

Petlink

Through my academic journey, I used Microsoft Teams to collaborate, post documents and images, and lead the group when necessary to achieve our goal of creating an e-commerce website on the due date that was set. In this project, I worked with web designers and web developers to create Petlink. This was our e-commerce website that I had incorporated SEO management, sitemap, customer journey map, logo, brand voice, identity, target audience, mission statement, company values, and lastly, customer, credit card, and product database. When the e-commerce website was finished, I created a survey for our users to answer and I took back the results to the team to improve Petlink.

What Women Want Warehouse

I created What Women Want Warehouse in my Web Technologies class. In this project, I created a website using Notepad++ where I had to use HTML codes. Later I did use the same idea in Wixx to see the difference between the two ways of creating a website. Animoto was used to create short ads on my website. I brought forth the target audience, goals, market plan, and why I chose certain social media outlets for What Women Want Warehouse.

The Ronald McDonald House Charities

I developed a complete executive summary, public relations plan, and evaluation plan of my marketing campaign called, "For the Love of Tabs." In addition, I

planned a fundraiser event to collect and recycle soda tabs for RMDHC. I produced key messages, blogs, media lists, press releases for RMDHC, and social media posts. I generated a target audience and research their geographic, demographics, primary motivation, characteristics, psychographics, barriers, and benefits for both primary and secondary target audiences.
